Where is Xur today? April 22, 2022: Xur, the well-known shady vendor who arrives every Friday in the Destiny World, is today’s date. What has changed with this Witch Queen Update Update? Let’s see.
Xur’s locations can be random so he can appear at any one of three locations. These locations are Social-Hangar on EDZ and Winding Cove on EDZ. This was modified by the new DLC (Beyond Light). The planets IO, Titan were removed from the game. We had hoped that Xur would arrive in new places, but it didn’t. We will need to find more sunset locations before Xur can get a new Friday home.
Note With the arrival of Shadowkeep exotics like Wavesplitter and Astrocyte Verse will be dropped from Xur’s engram. Bungie confirmed that all year 2 of his exotics will be dropped from his engram. I received the Wavesplitter from Bungie’s fated engram. It is a fantastic exotic that works well in PvP.

How to get to Xur at Winding Cove.
Not all Xur may show up at the above location. This issue has not been resolved by the developers yet. This can be fixed by switching your character and loading into Xur’s new location. He will then appear.

What are Xur’s Usual Locations?
Xur is a strange guy who likes to change his location every week. Social-Hangar is his patch location. Winding Cove on EDZ and Tree on Watcher’s Grave are also his locations. Here are the details for how to easily get to these locations.
Social on Tower
This location is probably well-known to most people. Head towards the Hangar from the Tower. You will find a staircase just left of the Hangar. Here you’ll be able find Xur. The map below shows the exact location.
Winding Cove is on EDZ
It is difficult to reach this location. To get there, spawn on EDZ at Winding Cove and then head straight to the marked location on the map below. Xur will be standing over you at the edge of a cliff. It will be easier for you to find him because there will be other players all the time.
Tree on Nessus’s Watchers Grave
The spawn point on Nessus is called Watcher’s Grave. Another location that is difficult to describe in words is the Watcher’s Grave. Watch this video . Below is an image of the tree that he’s standing on.
Who is Xur?
Xur, the agent of nine, is an exotic vendor who brings a Hunter, Titan and Warlock exotic with him every week. You can buy legendary shards to get the items he brings. Xur also offers an exotic engram which guarantees you an exotic that you don’t have. However, it is expensive at 97 shards. This engram cannot be opened more than once per week with one character.
